I'm going back to college!
#101: Go back to school
Yes, I JUST paid off my student loans. I thought I was done with school for good as of 2006, but apparently the Universe has a different plan for me.
So what am I going back for?
Well, about a month ago, my manager presented with the opportunity to expand on my Graphic Design degree. She asked if I would be interested in going back for Web Design. After a lot of thought and deliberation, it was decided that I would go back. I think it will be a good choice for me, not only at my current job, but a good choice for my future as well. I realized that I really only needed four classes to complete the extra degree anyway, so it certainly can't hurt.
So after three classes and a grueling 8 week summer schedule, followed by one more class in the fall - I will be a Certified Web Designer!
Exciting stuff!
BUT WAIT! There's even more on the change front... but I can't give it all away at once can I? You'll just have to wait ;)
2011 is looking to be a pretty life changing year so far. I know it won't be easy, but I'm looking forward to every minute of it.
