Super easy, super yummy -- think cream cheese cinnamon rolls, but even better.
Ingredients:
-3 cans Pillsbury butter crescent rolls
-2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
-1 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 cup butter (melted)
-Cinnamon & sugar
Instructions:
Unroll and spread 1 & 1/2 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread remaining crescent rolls over mixture. Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

A few suggestions and changes:
- The recipe calls for 3 calls of crescent rolls, but only 2 are necessary.
- There is a TON of cream cheese in these. I love cream cheese, but it's a bit overwhelming. I think next time I may cut the recipe down to 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. I think that would give this the prefect amount of filling.
